Below you will find answers to the most common questions relating to our apparel and gear sales.

What is your refund policy?

All items are custom made to order. Due to this we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any item. If an item is defective it will be replaced with the same item, but otherwise, all sales are final. Please make sure you’re ordering the correct size/color/style as we are unable to process any returns or refunds.

Where is my order coming from?

Our store is filled with gear made by different vendors in the United States. Depending on which item you are purchasing, it can vary based on that vendor's location.

How long does it take to receive an item?

Each item is made to order and orders are generally processed within 24 hours. At that point, depending on the vendor, it takes about 2-3 days for production. It will then be shipped to you which takes 5-7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately no. Once an order is placed, the order can no longer be canceled, changed or edited as the item has already been sent to the vendor for production.

Can I use my FantasyPros gift card to buy items in the store?

This is not possible at this time.
